This contemporary family home was a complete remodel and pairs clean, modern design with natural materials such as stone, quartzite and wood throughout. The chef’s kitchen opens onto the family room and patio, with pool and outdoor fireplace beyond. Black and white stained kitchen cabinets and white backsplash tiles compliment the leather finish quartzite countertops. The primary bathroom is a tranquil spa retreat with a freestanding tub and contemporary lighting, that opens into the primary bedroom. A dramatic black grasscloth highlights the wall, with pendant lighting and modern bedside tables. The black, white and gray color scheme allows the owners’ stunning collection of artwork to pop. We placed four black Milo Baughman chairs around a coffee table in the living room, with a live edge dining table, modern lighting fixture and eight swivel chairs in the dining area.
